My Fair Lady?

Portrait of a street performer along the promenade on the River Thames in London. Very little processing; this is pretty much straight out of the camera, after converting from RAW to JPEG.

  1. How cool...I don't know how these people concentrate like they do...I would be moving like crazy - can't sit still! :)

I love the perspective of this, not seeing her eyes adds a sense of mystery to the image!

  2. I love the angle. Also, something about the lighting gives just a hint of warmth to the flesh, so on second look, one can tell it'sa living human.

  4. Great composition on this silvery portrait. Eliza Doolittle lives!

  5. Well, I thought it was a metallic manikin at first glance. Lovely colors and composition.

  6. Cool! I love the soft silvery tones. I wonder how hard it is to get all that makeup off?

  7. I've always wondered how they can be so totally still. Nice find. I like the way her hat is obscuring her face. It peaks your curiosity.
