Still crowded, only this time in black and white

I had a couple of people ask to see my "crowded" post in Black and White. A simple conversion was too dark, so I created a new layer, used Topaz Adjust Neutralizer, desaturated, and here's the results.
I wish the large, white "Sports Direct" shopping bag weren't in the photo...it sure snags your eye.

  1. The black and white takes out some of the distractions and makes you focus on all of those wonderful feet! I love your processing on this!

  3. Having seen both, I prefer the color. To me, it shows more of the bustle and movement of a city.

  4. Both fun images, I love the framing. The color does imply more action, then there is always selective color...

  5. Sounds like I can just keep posting this same picture, using various processing methods, for the rest of the month! (oooooooh....Photowalk mods. New idea!) :-D

  7. Thanks for posting this in B&W. I went back and looked at the color image and while the colors are vivid I like the B&W better. I think it creates more of a hustle/bustle feeling.
