It's all about the women

This statue, not far from Trafalgar Square in London, commemorates the various roles women held during World War II.

  1. Val take it from a man's point of view it is ALWAYS about the women, When a Man is born the first thing they ask is "how is the mother?", when he gets married all they can say is "How beautiful" the bride is and when he dies they say "how much did he leave her?" It is a Woman's World after all!

  3. This is a very interesting statue. I like how the gold in the background compliments the dark gray of the statue.
