Great composition...love the clean lines. I too would rather grill at home, this isn't looking the cleanest! :)
I also like the composition, but in the army we often used a common old shovel, works well, believe me!

Aw heck, the heat from the coals will kill most of whatever's on there. Medium rare for me please Val!
