Eating

As is true of many New Year's resolutions, one of ours is to start eating healthier. Here's the top shelf of my fridge. My long-time fellow bloggers should notice the distinct absence of my favorite beverage....the hardest habit to break!

  1. That looks quite healthy Val ... you wanna be careful though that there aren't little tiny people tunneling through the asparagus. Which gives me an idea for a shot! ;-)

  3. It would be interesting to see the contents of everyone's fridges and how they vary with different brands of the same thing in different countries.

  8. Hi Val,
Giving up soda is really hard. I've cut myself down but it's really hard to do. It's as hard as trying to quit smoking, which I've tried for years to do, but can't seem to do it. Have a great day!

  11. I'm in agreement that we should have a "Inside Your Fridge" theme. You're stronger than I...can't even entertain the thought of giving up my Diet Coke!

  15. Oh yes, I remember our attempts at healthy eating - we're trying again this year too.

I've actually started craving the healthy stuff after a fortnight of Christmassy indulgence.

    Hope the resolution sticks!
