Not a snow day, but a COLD day . . .

. . . so no school today around here. Baby, it's COLD outside!

  6. My college is open, but all the K-12 schools in the area are closed. Driving to work, my car thermometer was -21 (yikes!)! Guess they didn't want kids outside walking, or waiting for the bus. I imagine the malls will be packed today...funny how that works!

  9. You know it's cold when the high is still in the negatives! I thought my legs were going to freeze off on the long walk from the car to the building today. (Why did that walk seem so much longer today?!)
