We just returned from 3 weeks in the northern Rockies. Part of our trip took us through northeastern Oregon, home of Hell's Canyon. We drove for several hours and rarely encountered any straight roads. On a turnoff from OR highway 39, en route to the canyon overlook, the road epitomizes the curves in the highways we drove.
Motorcycle heaven! Not much chance of the scenery changing around the next bend.
ReplyDeleteNot many straight lines in Nature.
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteWe would love to travel that highway.
Looks like one would be forced to have a slow, leisurely trip through this area...a good thing, I think!
