Not sure what it is...

...but I'm pretty sure it's broken. Spotted this behind a storage shed at a nearby state park. It wasn't connected to anything.

Added one of Jerry Jones' (Shadowhouse Creations) fine textures to beef up the interest.

Broke, but not broken

This old tree succumbed to either age or a lightning strike, and though it's clearly broken and just about doubled over, it still supports new growth. Amazing.
