Unfinished

This structure, in Wisconsin's Tower Hill State Park, reminds me of an unfinished fort; there is no roof!

I admit...it was the clouds that caught my eye

Not too far from my house, construction has been going on for well over a year to add lanes and reconfigure an on/off ramp of the interstate. It's still unfinished, but they are making progress. These cranes await their operators early one morning.
