One exit out of Great Smoky Mountain National Park on the North Carolina side takes you into the Native American community of Cherokee. In and around the business district resides the bear project. Native American artists have painted a series of bears and placed them all around town. While some may view the scenes as fantasy, each tells a unique story. Three of my favorites appear below, with the last, the eagle, topping my list. Which do you like best?
That's cool but Karen and you lot accused me of putting dots on Snow just to get Polka Dots. LOL
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful - I have a hard time choosing a favourite.
ReplyDeleteseems to be the same as the cow parade showed over the world lately. Great sharp and colorful shots. We seem to be in the same blogginggroup this time so I'll try to visit more regularly

Beautiful and original art. The eagle is definitely beautiful but I think I prefer the 2nd one. However, I may be biased as blue is my favourite colour.
ReplyDeleteThese are fun!! How did they compare to the Chicago Cows?
ReplyDeleteFun! I like the top one as a shot but that eagle/bear is very cool.
ReplyDeleteHow cool are these? I would love a set of minis for display...my favorite? Definitely #2!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the top one - I love the subtlety of color and the intricacy of design. This is a very neat project too.
ReplyDeleteI like the eagle bear combo but then that would be a "beagle" hmmmm just doesnt look quite like a beagle, LOL. I love those, where I live they have done, bulls, horses, fish and cats and dogs.
