  1. Too great a shot. These are really ugly but very comfortable footwear. I like the perspective in this shot

  2. Ok, they are ugly, but I wear them ALL the time. They are great shower shoes for camping.

  3. Took me a minute to figure out what those were - great perspective here (and what comfy shoes)!

  4. I guess comfort wins over usefulness? I've never had a pair, but they get rave reviews. Maybe they repel snow??

  5. Great eye, Val. The repeating pattern are great.

  6. Crocs are comfortable, quick to get in and out of, the colors are fun, and they are Made in the USA! But, they offer no support at all so can be quite dangerous if you are on an uneven surface. And it's easy to get tripped up if walking on carpet.

    I like your photo though!

  8. I thought of 'holes' also. Love the pattern & processing!

  9. Great shot for the "holes" theme! I smiled just looking at it.

  11. I've seen people wearing them in a restaurant in the winter. Great shot.

  12. I had to laugh at your title for this. Even though they are not attractive footwear these are the only shoes I've found that don't hurt my feet. When it is the slightest bit wet it's like I'm pretty much wearing no shoes at all. It's an odd sensation but they sure dry out quickly!

Since you like taking photos you might want to check out Small Town Snapshot Sunday.

  13. Nice close up shot - the capture of the detail makes the ordinary something special.
