Over the last weekend in March, I went to Arizona for family reasons. Hang out with me there for a few days! We'll start off in my parent's house, which is a veritable clock museum...
Must remind you of dating, everytime I went to a Girls Parents place it was as if time stood still. At least you got out with a terrific photo, I was lucky if I got out with my life.
It's funny you guys mention sleeping. After a short while, you kind of tune them all out. Someone will say, after the chimes/cuckoos die down, "what time is it" and no one has any clue...you know they made noise, but don't count. At any rate, all of these clocks are at one end of the house - away from the bedrooms.
I love clocks and these are awesome! I just love going on your vacations with you - looking forward to seeing Arizona!
ReplyDeleteNeat clocks! I bet it's hard to sleep there, though...
ReplyDeleteBeatiful time pieces. I'll bet when they hit 12:00, it's wild!
ReplyDeleteI'm in Arizona this week with family - lots of clocks here too! Must be a parental thing! Good capture for the theme, Val!

ReplyDeleteGreat clocks. I love cuckoo clocks! I don't know if I could handle having all of them go off at once, though!
ReplyDeleteSwell clocks and nicely presented, I wonder too about how sleeping goes...

ReplyDeleteGreat clocks and photograph. Do they all go off at night too?
ReplyDeletewould not like to have to reset so many clocks each year for Daylight Saving time! Everyone loves a cuckoo clock don't they? : )
ReplyDeleteAha - In Arizona, they don't observe DST, so no resetting needed. :-D
ReplyDeleteWe have a couple of antique clocks. Love the shot series.
