The interior of Plum Island in Massachusetts was largely made up of these lovely salt marshes. The grasses were a beautiful gold, there was still a surprising amount of color in the trees, and the day was mild for November. A touch of Topaz brought out the distant trees.
Hi Val,
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful! I would frame this one. Have a great day!
Sherrie
Beautiful scene with marvelous color.
ReplyDeleteSo much going on in salt marshes, most people ignore them = glad you took the time to show the gold!
ReplyDeleteA nice time to visit the salt marshes--those lovely rare autumn colors, and probably not much in the way of mosquito infestation.
ReplyDeleteThe colors are beautiful….
ReplyDeleteLove the alternating indigo and gold colors...each highlights the other.
ReplyDeleteSure is a wonderful gold. Looks to be a little breezy as there is a slight ripple on the water.
ReplyDeleteLoving that Autumn gold...it really pops in this stunning image!
