When my younger sister lost her hair while undergoing chemo for breast cancer, she sported a bright pink and a bright blue wig--it was her way of saying eff you to the disease.
OMG how funny, loving the wigs and the sign! When I was in college (the punk age in the 80's I dyed my hair lime green...this would have been much easier lol)!
I like the sign "0 to bitch in 10 seconds or less". I wonder if the hair makes that happen :-)

ReplyDeleteThat sign does make you wonder. What a great find and perfect for the day, somehow I can't see you in any of these.
ReplyDeleteAs much fun as the wigs are, the book looks like it would be a hoot. And it's available on Kindle.
ReplyDeleteWhich one did you get,Val? I think one of the green's would look good on you.
ReplyDeleteI've been to Galena, nice town on the river. Wasn't General Grant from there? Would he wear one of these wigs?

ReplyDeleteA different colour for every day of the week, but I am leaning towards that red one at the back.
ReplyDeleteVery fun! I think you could pull any one of those colors off very well, Val.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these colorful wigs - but the Bitch sign makes the setting even more striking!
