The whole is greater than the sum of its parts

Each stone plays an important part in the mystery that is Stonehenge.

Processed with Topaz Adjust - Equalize. I like what it did to the sky, and how it brought out the mossy look on the stones.

  1. WOW! Fantastic shot and processing, Val. Isn't it amazing that nobody has plunked a McDonalds or Starbucks smack dab in the center of that? ;-)

  4. One of only four places I would like to visit in Britain. Did you strip off all your cloths and run around there with the other idiots Val, or is that fun phase of your life a few years back. LOL

  9. Stonehenge is utterly cool. I biked there way back in the late 70s when one was still allowed to actually wander about among the stones. I love the angle at which you shot it--it adds to that sense of imposing mystery.

  10. This is one place I would like to see with my own eyes. I also would like to walk around the stones, but one can't do that now. I'm with Mary Lou...play hide and seek...

  11. I like this shot! I think it is better than a lot that I've seen... maybe it is the sky but I think also it is because you show the whole of it. And the moss even.
