2 months into my annual "lose a few pounds" resolution

and still going strong! Some of these are helping me along!

  4. Don't know your health status but once you are up to it Walk - Carry a camera, Ipod stop pat dogs talk to new friends but walk. Get tired, sit watch, wait, talk then get back up and walk, no special diet, walk buy drinks, food but walk to get them then walk home. Pounds just zip away.
    Go for it.

  8. I hate diets. My normal weight is a few extra pounds. Period. My Dr. does not agree. Nice shot.
