I had a couple of people ask to see my "crowded" post in Black and White. A simple conversion was too dark, so I created a new layer, used Topaz Adjust Neutralizer, desaturated, and here's the results.
I wish the large, white "Sports Direct" shopping bag weren't in the photo...it sure snags your eye.
The black and white takes out some of the distractions and makes you focus on all of those wonderful feet! I love your processing on this!
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing us this one in black and white. Looks great.
ReplyDeleteHaving seen both, I prefer the color. To me, it shows more of the bustle and movement of a city.
ReplyDeleteBoth fun images, I love the framing. The color does imply more action, then there is always selective color...
ReplyDeleteSounds like I can just keep posting this same picture, using various processing methods, for the rest of the month! (oooooooh....Photowalk mods. New idea!) :-D
ReplyDeletenice to see the difference! Like the colour 1, but the black and white also good! like the framing!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this in B&W. I went back and looked at the color image and while the colors are vivid I like the B&W better. I think it creates more of a hustle/bustle feeling.
ReplyDeleteI like the black and white better - it makes it kind of timeless.
