The weekend

We spent most of Saturday afternoon tearing out past-their-prime spirea bushes and replacing them with hostas and other less bushy plants. Jon also filled some planters with flowers and this cool zebra grass. Ellen would have had a blast. :-)

    Hosta are the best - so trouble free and they make a nice statement. Have fun in the garden!

    I love the zebra grass. Mine grows to about 7' so I hope you have a smaller variety!
