This statue of Max Dercum (98 years old) and his late wife Edna, was erected at Keystone Resort in Colorado. Max is a hero to those in the ski industry, having started Arapahoe Basin and Keystone Resorts. Keystone is made up of three mountains, and the largest, Dercum Mountain, was recently renamed to honor him. He ski-raced until in his eighties.
Max Dercum skiing into his 80's is an inspriation.
