I could have posted a photo of gas prices for this theme, but I like this image better...

  1. I love the bright blue sky and the mountain tops in the background. Have I mentioned before how jealous I am?

  5. I like this image better then one of gas prices as well (although not a bad idea for a theme!). To put things in perspective the highest point in the Northeast is 6,288 ft at Mt Washington

  7. Great for the theme. One question though was the pass leading you "TO" or "FROM" Loveland, when you took the shot?

  9. If we ever got together In Real Life, I have got to tell you the story about the time I ended up at the Loveland Pass, kinda by accident, and me driving a rented Ford Escort in a freak September snow storm with my 20 month old in the back seat.

  12. Great image! I really like signs that show where you are, and this one tells plenty.

Now if you were to spit exactly on the crest half would end up in the Pacific Ocean and half in the Atlantic, correct?

  13. Coincidentally though, had you posted the gas prices the numbers would have been the same!

  14. I love your Colorado posts. We lived there a long time and I get a bit homesick at times. I hope you will get some spring/summer mountain photos, too!
